| The Grill Bar and Cafe Box 926 Leadville, Colorado 80461 Phone: 719-486-9930 Above is a photo of the second highest mountain in Colorado - Mt Massive at 14,421'. This is the view from our patio. We also overlook Colorado's highest, Mount Elbert at 14,433'. And if you think Vail has the highest flower garden in the mountains, you have to come to the patio at The Grill! Join us for authentic New Mexican food seven days a week. We serve dinner starting at 4 PM, seven days a week, with lunch served on Sundays, and in the summer, Saturdays too. Inside, the view is just as inviting, with original watercolors by Linda Duthie everywhere. But all this beauty is nothing compared to what you will experience once that food is on your palate. The Grill is famous for their Green Chile, made with hand roasted peppers from Hatch, New Mexico, the best in the world. And you won't find a better Margarita. The Martinez Family has been running the Grill since 1965, and it has only gotten better (...is that possible?). Warning: It's closed anually from mid-October till mid-November. The Grill easily accomodates larger parties. See you at The Grill. |
